“We don’t have the right people to implement Agile. They don’t want to change.” This attitude impedes the transformation of many traditional companies, and it might often look as this was true. However, let us dig a little deeper. Why do people not change? Well, maybe they would like to change but they can not. Resistance is not necessarily a sign of refusal, but rather an indicator of people missing the right skillset.
