The fundamental objective of agile methods is to make teams more productive. However, is it the agile processes themselves that enable us to reach this goal? Or is it more the deep understanding of agile values that boosts the performance of the teams? In my experience, Agile comes with a mindset. In this video I will show you the agile values and why they are so essential to implement new processes successfully.
