Alexander Krieg

For over ten years Alexander Krieg has been advising and supporting companies, departments and projects to become agile. His conclusion: Agility is the operating system of digital transformation. Once you go from “doing agile” to “being agile”, you intuitively reflect on your own actions and the cooperation with the team. Transparency and open communication can lead to a constructive change process that is supported and sustained by many employees.

With his experience and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations, Alexander Krieg prefers to focus on developing agile corporate strategies as well as coaching and leading agile transition and project teams.
