As a mechanical engineer, Andreas Bohnert has the right instincts for processes and how to improve them. Whether in change management in the automotive industry, in product development or in production, he always has an eye on saving resources and on sustainability. Andreas sees changes, whether they come from outside or inside, as the best opportunity to expand his own methodological toolbox and break new ground.
For him, agile methods are the starting point for delving deeper into technological content, especially digitization. What he particularly likes about it: With Scrum every team member takes responsibility and sees the effect of his or her work. That is why his favorite Scrum value is commitment. Because only if the team commits itself they can really start delivering value, and that’s when the fun of the work begins. Thus, when he’s not riding his bike, Andreas likes to work with wood in his spare time: because he has the most creative ideas when trying them out and working hands often find better solutions than the mind.
