What particularly fascinates Anna-Maria Hohmann about agile is the naturalness with which teams working in agile improve their processes and their collaboration on a daily basis, while at the same time delivering visible results for the customer – provided they have reached self-organization. As a consultant, she supports and accompanies team members on this path. Whether she’s coaching ScrumMasters during a transformation project or building communities of practice with them, the business informatics specialist approaches complex projects with intuition, openness and in small steps.
She is equally adept at approaching change at the team level: Instead of sticking to processes at all costs, she encourages people to pause and reflect so that the team can consciously help shape the change. In her free time, she can occasionally be found building a dining table, taking photographs in nature or visiting the theater.
