Azra Meyer

Azra Meyer is convinced that you can only understand agile working if you experience it in your own actions. Consequently, as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach, she takes a proactive approach to her work every day, enabling teams to organize themselves and deliver with focus. Her special ability lies in thinking her way into the most diverse minds. As a result, she identifies obstacles before they become problems. Her empathic view for the needs of team members and her own background in computer science make her an important support in software development processes. With a great deal of tact, she creates orientation and supports teams in realizing their full potential.

For Azra, living agility is also a meaningful attitude beyond the working world in order to initiate positive change. With courage towards new things, openness, respect, and an iterative and reflective approach, our world automatically becomes a better place, step by step. Besides her profession, Azra is an enthusiastic salsa dancer and you can also experience her live as a jazz singer on the stages of Berlin.
