In doing so, he works on the strategic foundation of healthcare organizations and their realignment and accompanies them holistically – from the vision to the concept to the finished result.
When he took his first leadership position at only 23 years old, Detlev developed his enthusiasm for empowering people and supporting their development. Since then, he has gained over 30 years of management and project experience in the healthcare sector – with health insurance companies, state and federal associations, hospitals, outpatient clinics, medical care centers as well as training and further education institutions in Germany and Austria.
