Dorothea Paulowitsch

For Dorothea Paulowitsch, open communication and meaningful work are the most important factors for team success. During her years abroad in Canada and Taiwan, she learned to appreciate collaboration across different cultures, attitudes and ways of working. She is convinced that diversity promotes a change of perspective, which is exactly what is needed to find pragmatic solutions in change processes. As a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach, Dorothea places particular importance on teams getting up to speed quickly, learning from each other, and pulling together through a strong shared vision.
 
Dorothea demonstrates her team spirit and ability to make the right decisions in difficult situations not only in her everyday work, but also in her sport activities. As a co-skipper, she crossed the Atlantic on a sailing yacht and had to overcome many obstacles of human and weather-related nature. Her passion for outdoor sports also regularly takes her to the mountains, which demonstrate with their imposing nature that the world does not only revolve around us humans.
