Eloise Schüller

Management Consultant

Eloise Schüller – a strategist and hands-on person – is convinced that the people who are closest to a problem also find the best solutions for it. Her work with agile teams in a scaled environment confirms this: “Even if not everyone finds the solution alone, the thoughts and ideas of many individuals trigger a collaborative solution that ends up being the best.” Her years studying in the Netherlands, in particular, shaped her open-minded and potential-oriented attitude. Today, Eloise works with her clients to design organizations where people can unleash their potential and make better use of their know-how.

Regardless of the industry, the business unit and the existing work structures, she paves the way for teams to self-organize and collaborate effectively. The work and organizational psychologist has years of experience in the areas of digitalization, change, agile transformation and agile learning. She says of herself, “My clients get honesty from me, whether they want it or not, yet always on the foundation of an appreciative and trusting relationship.” Clients and colleagues appreciate her humorous and reflective manner as well as her talent for seeing things clearly and naming them clearly Customers and colleagues appreciate her humorous and reflective manner as well as her talent for seeing things clearly and stating them plainly – which may sometimes come out a bit louder during tennis.
