For Imke Beiderwieden, agility means liveliness and humanness. “I design organizations to be people-centered, soulful and sustainable. My vision is that people are happy to go to work,” says Imke about herself and her work. With her mindful gaze, her special powers of observation and supported by her experience from start-ups, medium-sized businesses and corporate companies in the energy and transport industry, she uncovers the mechanisms of action in organizations and what they trigger in people.
In her private life, Imke also likes to be on the move, be it on her bike, doing yoga or running. She finds moments of peace and inspiration when trying out new recipes, reading and listening to podcasts.
