Jan Krückemeier makes decisions based on the “just do it” principle: “Just do it, evaluate it iteratively and improve. Because successes encourage, and from mistakes made I can learn.” The business IT specialist knows firsthand that this is not easy, especially at the beginning: Within several IT projects, he experienced how development teams failed because they did not further develop their working methods according to this principle: “Here, Scrum was practiced, but not lived. Because the knowledge for it was missing, members resisted it or were blocked by the higher hierarchy levels.” Today, as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach, he ensures that teams deliver (once again), that team members see mistakes as an opportunity and can grow from them. And above all, he creates the framework for the team to develop itself from the inside out.
