At the beginning of her career, Julila Wilhelm learned her social competence in a challenging field. As a flight attendant, she learned to combine clear (self-) organization and respectful interaction with people from various backgrounds and cultures. The fascination for successful cooperation between people in a system remained and she touched upon the topic of agility already during her degree study.
As a coach and counselor, Julia Wilhelm is an example of self-organization, the ability to work in a team and constructively dealing with failures. One of her greatest strengths is having patience for the working pace of others. Rather than simply asking questions, Julia has a systematic way of thinking and operating, which uncovers solutions that would otherwise remain hidden.
