Creating value and a positive experience for customers and users is the starting point for all considerations in agile product development. There is no industry with greater focus on the customer experience than in the tourism industry. Kathrin Tuchen studied in detail how this perception affects organizational structures in the tourism industry, and inevitably came across the topic of agility. She doesn’t see agile management frameworks like Scrum only as a tool for increasing team performance, but rather above all as a spark that can reignite enthusiasm for the work and the common goal.
Through her own international experience, Kathrin Tuchen learned to appreciate working in intercultural teams. As an open, communicative personality, she can emphasize with people and clearly recognize problems, which she discusses directly while focusing on the solution.
