Michele Nigrelli

Management Consultant

Michele Nigrelli is always looking for new challenges. What particularly drives the mechanical engineer are his love for change and his agile mindset. His clients particularly appreciate his creative ideas and solutions – whether he’s helping them launch new products or introduce agile principles in a start-up. In his many years of experience as a project manager in the automotive and medical technology sectors, he has built and led international teams. During his studies, the northern Italian was already drawn to the USA, where he learned, “Just go for it, because every step opens new doors.” Even in his long-time home of choice, Germany, he has retained his “Italian” spontaneity and love of life. His credo: “In life, you must always strive for what you are passionate about.” His vision is to motivate people through his work, his achievements and his enthusiasm to embrace change and create something special in the process.

What we appreciate about Michele is his openness and his genuine belief that variety, diversity, new ideas and unconventional visions are the key to a better world. In his private life, Michele likes to be creative. With a bit of luck, you might listen to him performing one of his self-composed pieces on the piano in a jazz club in Hamburg.
