Stefanie Möller knows from her experience as an analyst at major banks how to disassemble financing concepts and complex creditworthiness documents down to the smallest detail and how to establish connections. During her many years as a relationship manager, she recognized her strengths in working with a wide variety of characters – also and especially in challenging situations. Thus, in order to understand how groups work, how people learn, what drives them and what inhibits them, after finishing her business studies, she studied psychology with enthusiasm and success. For her, agility is empowerment in action: employees become intrapreneurs, managers become facilitators. In her eyes, it is the relationships between these people that initiate a transformation.
Stefanie uses her insights into psychology and systemic coaching as a trainer to support people in developing their potential. That is why changes are above all opportunities for her: During the phase of corona-related homeschooling she coached a group of young people as a volunteer trainer in Scrum as a learning method. Whether modern art, Scrumban or scaling frameworks – in Stefanie you will surely find an experienced conversation and sparring partner.
