We have already discussed the impacts of scaling Agile on architecture, infrastructure and the skill set in the previous videos. In this episode, we focus on an essential aspect of agile product development: user-centricity. First of all, we need to clarify: There is no real user centricity out there in the market. Why? If you are looking for a particular product, you will always be limited to the products on the shelves.
