Scaling Agile – a different approach – Intro

Over the last couple of years, the agile community created lots of ideas how to scale agile teams. However, it did not take too long until we faced the limitations of scaled solutions: The more teams you have, the more ScrumMasters and Product Owners you require, and, beyond that, the more meetings you need to synchronize.As you can imagine, that is not a very sustainable way of scaling, at least not for the long term. In my new video, I introduce a different approach to create large-scale projects or organizations successfully.
